Chunyang (Alice) Zhang focuses her practice in real estate, business transactions and corporate law.

She advises clients, domestic or China based on acquiring business assets in the U.S. and corporate governance issues. She also helps China based companies in compliance with Securities law in the U.S.

Alice is also experienced in real estate transactions where she is in real estate practice group. She has closed hundreds of real estate transactions and advising clients on complex legal issues, mortgage issues, title issues, and tax issues during the transactions.
