Lu He's practice focuses primarily on real estate, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and trademark prosecution. She also provides legal advice on general corporate matters to corporate clients. 

Recently, she represented Southeast Produce Limited (USA) in multiple Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) cases in both state and federal courts.

She has also worked closely with Chinese companies in international transactions and helped them with securities law compliance filings. She has experience advising China-based corporations on acquiring U.S. assets and corporations.
