We are experienced in negotiating retail, restaurant, warehouse, industrial, laboratory, and office leases. Our experience also includes negotiating most types of operating leases, build-to-suit leases, ground leases, and subleases, as well as related easement agreements. Our clients range from small restaurant owners to multi-million dollar biochemical companies securing laboratory and office spaces. We also represent and advise on land development such as condominiums.

In addition this wide ranging experience, we combine the expertise of attorney practice groups in tax law, corporate and securities law, environmental law, litigation, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights in order to manage all aspects of today’s sophisticated real estate transactions.
