TITLE: Litigation Paralegal

SALARY: $76,939 per year

DUTIES:

Provide assistance and support to litigation practice at federal and state courts under federal laws and the laws of the State of New York. Responsibilities include assisting in drafting and revising legal documents, pleadings, motion papers, discovery demands and responses and other related documents assisting attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, pre-trial conferences and trials and assisting attorneys with all other legal matters as necessary.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires Master’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Laws or related plus 1 year of experience in the same or litigation related occupation.
